55th Reunion Picnic
Sunday, August 19th, dawned sunny and warm, and our group gathered once again at the home of Dale and Del Starkenberg for our reunion picnic. Murphy, the dog, was still waiting to greet us, along with the llamas and the perennial keg of homemade root beer. Gary Lee had hung pages from the Wireless, in plastic sleeves, on the sides of the house, and there was a collection of old yearbooks on the porch.
One might have thought we were all "talked out" from the night before, but the conversations kept right on rolling. Dale and Del once again generously offered their yard for what has now become our annual picnic. Next year? Yes! Saturday, July 20, 2013—see you there!
